- Must have a valid credit card.
- 90min. sessions cannot be booked online. Please call the store to schedule.
- Pre-natal Massage: Must be beyond 1st Trimester.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
- Appointments booked online CANNOT be cancelled online. You MUST CALL The Knotstop (San Diego location only) to cancel/reschedule any online appointment.
- All online appointments can only be changed or cancelled within a 24 hour notice.
