Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a traditional Asian system of palpation and rhythms used to balance the energy flowing through specific pathways of the body. Shiatsu combines finger pressure and advanced stretching techniques, and may be done on a traditional floor mat or in combination with other massage techniques on a massage table.
Shiatsu is a non-invasive physical form of massage therapy designed to stimulate the body's inherent ability to heal itself and to prevent and relieve chronic and acute conditions.
This therapy stimulates energy pathways throughout the body and promotes a sense of profound relaxation, alertness and well-being.
